Coachella, Tokyo, and Paris all hosted their version of the #ForTheLoveOfMusic event. A Beats by Dr. Dre LOVE statue was created for each.
Coachella was the first stop where Beats seeded a pill+ and threw a #ForTheLoveOfMusic party. Creative Director, Casey Ryder came up with a pattern that incorporated X’s and O’s and a BEATS LOVE logo. I modeled the flat illustrations into different oversized elements like pool toys and benches for the private party house. A lot of social post opportunities like a Photo Booth and Message Love fence. Erykah Badu was one of a few artists to have a DJ set at the Beats house.
A black light Amour statue was used for the Paris’s version of the Love Tour. The Illustration pattern created by Creative Director Casey Ryder was broken up and repuzzled together for many different assets like Step and Repeat walls, Packaging Sleeves and Invitations.
The Love tour went to Tokyo, Japan. Beats by Dre set up a private Pop – Up at PKCZ Gallery. From 3d renders to reality.
The Illustration pattern created by Creative Director Casey Ryder was broken up and repuzzled for the design of the custom Beats Pill seeding kit.
